EXCELLENT SERVICE! I I initially went to Goodyear to get a oil change and a diagnostic service done on my car because of a rattle noise with my car. However, when you get a oil change you supposed to get a free tire rotation! Long story short Goodyear try to have me pay $100 a diagnostic service of my car after proceeding to tell me that they could not diagnose my car with any issues that they would have to replace my ignition switch! So, if you didn't diagnose me with the issues on my car why would I have to pay them? However, what does my ignition switch has to do with what's going on underneath my hood? However, they did the oil change but never rotated my tires that I didn't notice until I got to Elton's Auto. And as soon as I left Goodyear I went to Elton's within five minutes my issue was diagnosed And within 45 mins I was rolling out the shop car running as good as new!! Very old school and honest mechanic that doesn't try to get over!! I WILL BE BACK..
Was in a bind, had water pump problems and was able to get service quickly, they did a great job and was very friendly and professional. Thanks again!
When the owner is not there this shop doesn't know what they are doing. I paid for a alternator to be put in and they put a bad one on and gave me no refund. After my car broke down I got a good one put in by a different more reliable car shop. Please avoid this place.
Needed 2 tires mounted and the other 2 balanced... really simple right? Cost me $70 here. Mechanic mounted one tire backwards, and when I took it back he didn't bother to balance it again. On top of that, he gave me an attitude when I asked him NOT TO JACK UNDER THE FLOOR PAN. He ignored me and it's lucky that he didn't put a massive dent in the passenger side floor. Awful service and overpriced af, avoid.
